Three timelines intersect in the trailer for The Beast, a mind-bending sci-fi from Bertrand Bonello starring Léa Seydoux and George MacKay.

Set in an AI-driven 2044, the film follows Gabrielle (Seydoux) as she undergoes a procedure to travel back through her past lives in order to eliminate old trauma.

This one looks like it's going to have Inception-levels of complexity.

The Beast opens in select theatres on April 5.
